My First Home Clearing By Default I was visiting friends in Colorado Springs in 1989 and this is the story of that house clearing. I was staying at Robyn's house with friends celebrating the finalization of her mother's estate. Her mother Kathy, had passed a year ago, and the paper work was just completing that legally transferred the house from her mom to her. Two other friends were present in the home, Megan and Amy. Robyn and her mother had difficulties in their relationship; Megan who is a childhood friend of Robyn's was close to Robyn's mom, Kathy. Robyn was processing her mother's death and her relationship with her mom. She decided to burn pictures of Kathy as a release of the old pain. The pictures would not burn, not with a match, lighter, or by soaking a picture with lighter fluid. The pictures would not burn. Very shortly after trying to burn the pictures, the feeling in the house changed. It became very cold, we started to hear noises. Robyn was concerned, the house had never felt this way before. Suddenly, Megan shuddered and when we looked at her, we did not recognize her. Her facial expression had altered as did her eyes, she started to speak to Robyn in a voice we did not know. The words that she spoke were words from Kathy. I realized that Megan was possessed by Kathy or was channeling Kathy. Everyone was startled by this experience and Robyn was frightened. I ordered Kathy to leave, to release Megan, which she did do. After that the house really became cold and noisy, the energy was tense and eerie. We were all scared, then we heard a large noise and felt the house rumble. We all ran for the door. I was the last to leave the house with Robyn standing next to me. I reached back to close the door and both Robyn and I saw a hooved creature coming after us. We did not speak of the creature until we were in the car on the highway heading back to Denver. We were all surprised that Robyn and I had seen the same thing. Once back in Denver, we determined in meditation that we had to return to Robyn's house and clear it. We knew we needed certain things to accomplish this and that Robyn and I would be the ones entering the home to perform the clearing. We gathered holy water from the Mother Cabrini Shrine, copper from the hardware store, an assortment of essential oils, sea salt, and some other items. We returned to the house in Colorado Springs while it was still light out, knowing our work needed to be done in daylight when we had more power or strength. I instructed Robyn on protection techniques I felt guided to share, we had discussion on how to approach this clearing. I decided to clear the outside and then to go in and work the main level, the second story and then go to the basement. It was necessary to have Robyn present as she was the owner of the home and she had an emotional vested interest in clearing the home. We needed that investment and the power of her emotions to fortify our energies to accomplish this clearing. We started to chant and walked around the exterior of the house spreading sea salt. When we felt complete with this part of the process, we entered the house and used the salt, water, oils, and copper through out the main and second levels. The basement was the most interesting aspect of this property. We found the ghosts of Native Americans who were angry and doing their own form of ritual to remove the occupants of this house and we found an inter dimensional doorway that we had to close. I was able to communicate with the Native American ghosts and determine that the house was built on sacred burial grounds and that the ghosts were aware of the inhabitants of the home walking and living on the bones of their ancestors. We did come to an agreement of sorts that healed the feelings and eventually closed the door on that interference. Next, we had to close the inter dimensional doorway. We accomplished this as well. The next step was to clear the emotional energies from all those who had ever been in the house or on the land and release Robyn's mom Kathy from the house so her spirit could move on. Then we reset the intention of the house and Robyn claimed it as her own. After returning to the main level of the home, we felt the difference in the air. Megan and Amy rejoined us and they too felt the difference in the home. Robyn still felt a need to burn the pictures of her mom. Not only did the picture dowsed in lighter fluid burn, so did others that would not burn. Robyn has had no other issues in this home to date, 2/2009.
